I'm a "relationship development guide." At the moment, I work primarily with business owners. I do this by helping them identify, connect with, and nurture the relationships they need in order to help them move their business from where it is, to where it needs to be.

While coaching will often naturally happen as a result of the one-to-one conversations I have, this isn't something I offer at this time. I do not describe myself as a coach, and would rather not be labeled as a coach. It would be an inaccurate description of who I am as a professional. However, I do occasionally offer very limited-time coaching when the situation is right. But this is not something I promote as a service... and in most cases I reject coaching opportunities. There are plenty of other great coaches who I can refer, depending on the need of the individual who is seeking guidance.

Yes! I really enjoy working with startups. And when they're in marketing, that's a bonus! One business I recently had the pleasure of assisting is Stephanie Nicole Marketing. Stephanie (the owner) was working a 9-5 job. Through my guidance and introductions she was able to resign from her position and start her own business, which is going strong. No, I don't do marketing. I have created multiple companies that provide marketing services. The reason I say I don't do marketing is because I phased out of marketing operations in 2021. However, I am extremely in tune with the marketing world and am always striving to help business owners have the best possible marketing. Sometimes a business owner needs the services provided by one of the businesses I own. When that's the case, and they work with one of my businesses, I get paid. And while I'm not directly involved with the operations of any of my companies, I am constantly advising those who run the companies I've created. Have you ever heard someone talk about "working on the business, rather than working in the business?" That's exactly what I do. As long as I'm working on my businesses, I'm able to make sure they are always innovating and providing as much value as possible. As time goes by each business becomes more impactful.
